Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours & Charter will provide a full refund in the event a charter is cancelled due to poor weather conditions. Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours & Charter is responsible and will determine if the weather is too poor to conduct a tour. Our Customer/clients and vessel safety is our number one priority at all times. Any customer/client wanting to cancel a booking for their own personal reasons must do so in a reasonable time frame and contact Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours & Charter. Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours & Charter reserves the rights to determine if the amount of notice given is reasonable. Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours & Charter will not refund customers due to a NO SHOW. DO NOT TURN UP TO THEIR BOOKING. Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours & Charter reserves the right to cancel any tour up until the intended departure time. All effort will be made to give as much notice to the customer of the tour cancelation as possible and the customer can receive a full refund or reschedule another tour booking. Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours & Charter will accept no liability for inconvenience to the customer.

Q: LIABILITY CONDITIONS

Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours & Charter offer tours that may involve physical activities. This being said all customers must understand that it is a personal choice and therefor they accept that they do so at their own risk. Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours & Charter shall not be liable for any death personal injury or loss or damage to property. All passengers shall comply with any and all instructions given by the Master and crew of the vessel Nebraska II. Any passenger/ Passengers that refuse to do as asked by Master or crew will be returned to point of departure without refund.

Q: PASSANGER INFORMATION

Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours & Charter recommend that you wear comfortable clothing taking into account it can sometimes be cooler on the ocean. It is also recommended that you wear appropriate foot wear (covered in shoes) at all times on the tour. Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours & Charter reserve the right to ask any passenger to wear a life jacket. Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours & Charter request that all children should be supervised by their parents/ guardian at all times and that they understand the safety instructions given by vessel Master and crew. Please ensure you book your child under the correct age as if booked incorrectly a fee will be charge at gate before boarding.

Q: ALCOHOL POLICY

Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours & Charter – Passengers are permitted to bring their own alcohol onboard. Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours & Charter reserves the right to refuse alcohol to any passenger at any time during a tour. Any behaviour that is deemed inappropriate by the vessel master from a passenger can result in the immediate removal of the said passenger or the termination of the tour without refund.The vessel is a regulated premise and must abide by the state liquor licensing laws. Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours & Charter will not be liable for any passengers not adhering to rules outlined by vessel crew.

Q: MEDICATIONS AND ALLERGIES?

Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours & Charter recommend that all passengers take into consideration their own needs in regards to seasickness and take the appropriate tablets if needed. In the event of a passenger falling ill due to seasickness the vessel will not be returning to embarking point until tour is completed. Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours & Charter do not supply seasick tablets and do not take responsibility for passengers being seasick. It is a personal ailment and passengers should take this into consideration. No refunds will be offered in this case. Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours & Charter recommend that if Passengers are on any medications that they have them on there person before tour departs. Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours & Charter recommend that any passenger that suffers from any allergies/ food allergic reactions notify the company of their allergies at time of their booking of tour. Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours & Charter will not be liable for passengers that have an allergic reaction on any tour.

Hop aboard the Nebraska II and experience the natural wonders and marine life of the Kalbarri coast line . It is a large stable 50 ft vessel which is owned and operated by a local third generation commercial fishing family that began charter fishing in 1978. We can show case all Kalbarri has to offer in a range of charter tours. Operating out of the mighty Murchison River mouth and taking in the spectacular and ancient coastal cliffs  the south of Kalbarri where you can experience a morning Cliff cruise, Lobster pot pull, Sunset cruise , Lucky Bay day Adventure or book the vessel for a private function/party.

Nebraska II departs all tours from the Kalbarri Marina Jetty L/ 166 grey street. Please meet on the grass and await instructions from one of our friendly crew who will await your arrival and assist you safely onto the vessel.

There is a NO SMOKING NO VAPING policy onboard the Vessel. The only time smoking or vaping is permitted is when the vessel is booked for a private function/ Party after discussion with Master of the vessel.

Personal health and the environment are a high priority for Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours & Charter.
